We know that for time $t_{1}$ activity is $A_{1}$ , therefore $A_{1} = A_{0} e^{- \frac{t_{1}}{T}}$ .....(1)

Similarly for time $t_{2}$ activity is $A_{2}$ , Therefore $A_{2} = A_{0} e^{- \frac{t_{2}}{T}}$ ......(2)

Now, dividing equation (1) by (2) $\frac{A_{1}}{A_{2}} = e^{\frac{t_{2} - t_{1}}{T}}$

Therefore, $A_{2} = A_{1} e^{\frac{t_{1} - t_{2}}{T}}$
