At TestHub, we provide digital learning products including Test Series, PYQs, Custom Practice, ScrollnLearn and other tools. Since these services are delivered instantly after purchase, our cancellation and refund rules are as follows:
1. Try Before You Buy
We offer free test series and practice content so students can fully experience the platform before purchasing.
- If you are not satisfied after purchase, please talk to us first — we will do our best to resolve your concern.
- If the issue still remains, we may offer a pro-rata refund based on usage, provided the reason is genuine and satisfactory.
2. No Cancellation After Activation
Once access to any digital product is activated in your account, the order cannot be cancelled.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be granted only under the following conditions:
a. Duplicate Payment
When you are unintentionally charged twice for the same purchase.
b. Payment Deducted but Service Not Activated
If payment is deducted but your service does not activate within 24 hours.
c. Pro-Rata Refund (Special Cases)
If your concern remains unresolved after discussion, a partial refund based on usage may be considered at TestHub's discretion.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect product purchase
- Not liking the difficulty level
- Not using the product after purchase
- Partial usage
- Device or internet-related issues at the user's end

This Shipping Policy applies to all purchases made on TestHub.in. TestHub Learning provides only digital educational products and does not ship physical goods.

All TestHub services (Test Series, PYQs, Custom Practice, ScrollnLearn, and analytics) are delivered electronically. No physical delivery or courier service is involved.
3. Order Confirmation & Access
After successful payment, users receive confirmation via email or in-app notification. Access is usually activated instantly and within 24 hours in rare cases.
4. Delivery Methods
Digital access is provided through:
- The user's TestHub dashboard
- Email instructions (if applicable)
- In-app notifications
5. Failed or Delayed Activation
If access is not activated within 24 hours of successful payment, users may contact team@testhub.in with name, registered number, order ID, and payment screenshot.
6. Refunds
