 Tmax=mg+mv12l

&  Tmin+mg=mv22l

 Tmin=mv22l-mg

TmaxTmin=51

  mg+mv12lmv22l-mg=51

 mg+mv12l=mv22l-mg5

 mg+mlv22+4 gl=5mv22l-5mg

 mg+mv22l+4mg=5mv22l-5mg

 10 mg=4mv22l

v2=10×10×14
