$\int_{0}^{2} (3 x^{2} - 12 x) d x = \frac{1}{2} 2 (v^{2} - {(4 \sqrt{5})}^{2})$

${[x^{3} - 6 x^{2}]}_{0}^{2} = v^{2} - 80$

$8 - 24 + 80 = v^{2}$

$v = 8 m s^{- 1}$
