$\Rightarrow \frac{λ}{4} = 25 cm$

$λ = 100 cm$

So string vibrates in $p = \frac{2 l}{λ}$ loops

$= \frac{2 \times 100}{100} = 2$ loops

New frequency $n^{'} = 2 n$

$= 2 \times 200$

$= 400 Hz$
