$I = \frac{m R ^{2}}{2} + m R^{2} + \frac{m R ^{2}}{2} + m (R + \frac{3 R}{2})^{2}$

$+ \frac{m R ^{2}}{2} + m (R + 3 R)^{2} + \frac{m R ^{2}}{2} + m (R + \frac{9 R}{2})^{2}$

$= m R^{2} (\frac{1}{2} + 1 + \frac{1}{2} + \frac{25}{4} + \frac{1}{2} + 16 + \frac{1}{2} + \frac{121}{4})$

$= \frac{m R ^{2}}{4} (2 + 4 + 2 + 25 + 2 + 64 + 2 + 121)$

$= \frac{111 m R ^{2}}{2}$

$x = \frac{111}{2} = 55.5$
