For vertical upward acceleration $g m / s^{2}$ , the upward force in vertical will be 20 N upwards. For the minimum value of $F_{2}$ , it will be perpendicular to $F_{1}$ .

$cos 3 0^{\circ} = \frac{F _{1}}{20} an d sin 3 0^{\circ} = \frac{F _{2}}{20}$

Therefore,

$F_{1} = 103 N$

$F_{2} = 10 N$

and $θ = 3 0^{\circ}$ .
