For ring,

From force diagram of ring,

$T \cos θ = m_{1} g$ ......(i)

For block $B$

$m g = T$ ........ (ii)

$T \cos θ = m_{1} g$

$m g \cos θ = m_{1} g$

$∴$ $\cos θ = \frac{m_{1}}{m} = \frac{5}{10} = \frac{1}{2}$

$\Rightarrow$ $θ = 60 °$
