Using heat current relation for steady state conduction,

$\frac{K' A (100 - 80)}{16} = \frac{K A (80 - 0)}{8}$

$\Rightarrow \frac{K' \times 20}{16} = \frac{K \times 80}{8} \Rightarrow K' = 8 K$
