$U_{2} = \frac{{kq}_{1} q_{2}}{4 π ε_{0} \times 0.3} + \frac{{kq}_{2} q_{3}}{4 π ε_{0} \times 0.1} + \frac{{kq}_{1} q_{3}}{4 π ε_{0} \times 0.4}$

$∴ ∆ U = \frac{8 k q_{2} q_{3}}{4 π ε_{0}} = 8 q_{2} (\frac{q_{3}}{4 π ε_{0}}) \Rightarrow k = 8 q_{2}$
