Gynaecomastia is present in klinefelter's syndrome (XXY). It is swelling of the breast tissue in boys or men, caused by an imbalance of the hormones oestrogen and testosterone. It is commonly found in males affected with Klinefelter's syndroms. Klinefelter's syndrome is the most common sex chromosomal disorder in males. It also characterised by low testosterone and reduced muscle mass, facial and body hair.
