Options:

Answer:
B
Solution:

Hallucinations mean perception of an image or sound in absence of its actual stimuli. Various drugs that have a stimulatory effect on the central nervous system can result in hallucinations. These include cocaine commonly known as coke or crack, Datura extract, an extract ofAtropa belladonna plants etc.
These drugs act as depressants & suppress the activities of the central nervous system. They give a feeling of calmness, relaxation or drowsiness in the body. Their higher doses induce sleep. Tranquillisers lower tension and anxiety without inducing sleep. Examples : Barbiturates, phenathiazine and benzodiazephines (e.g., Valium).
