Physical barriers include skin and epithelium. Physiological barriers are chemical barriers and incude saliva, HCl, and tears. Cellular barriers include interleukin, interferons, white blood cells, macrophages, natural killer cells etc. Kupffer cells are macrophages of liver and polymorphonuclear cells are WBC and both are included in cellular barriers.
