$\Rightarrow R_{\text{eq}}=\frac{R}{4}+R+\frac{R}{4}=\frac{3R}{2}$

ii)Here current will flow from A to B so no current will flow in branch D

$\Rightarrow R_{\text{eq}}=\frac{R}{4}+\frac{R}{2}+\frac{R}{4}=R$

iii)Here also current will flow from A to B, so$R_{\text{eq}}=R$same as (ii)
