Let the tension forces acting on monkey-(1) and monkey-(2) be $T_{1} & T_{2}$ respectively. FBD of monkey-(1) :

$T_{1} - 10 g = 10 \times 2 T_{1} = 120 N$ FBD of monkey-(2)

$T_{2} - 8 g = 0$ $T_{2} = 80 N$ Tension at fixed support : $T_{1} + T_{2}$ $T_{net} = 120 + 80 = T_{net} = 200 N$

Thus, tension at fixed support is 200 N.
