$0 = u - 10 t$

$t = 1 sec$ .

$h_{max} = 10 \times t - \frac{1}{2} \times 10 \times t^{2} = 10 - 5 = 5 m$ $s_{next} 4 sec = \frac{- 1}{2} \times 10 \times 4^{2} = - 80 m$
