For minimum $x, \frac{d x}{d t} = 0 \Rightarrow - 6 (100 - 3 t) - 12 (200 - 6 t) = 0$

$\Rightarrow 100 - 3 t + 400 - 12 t = 0 \Rightarrow t = \frac{500}{15} = \frac{100}{3} s$
