$\frac{ϵ _{p}}{ϵ _{s}} = \frac{N _{p}}{N _{s}} = \frac{100}{10} \Rightarrow ϵ_{s} = 22 V$

Therefore, current in secondary circuit will be

$I = \frac{22}{22 \times 1 0 ^{3}} = 1 mA$

Hence, potential drop across $7 k Ω$ will be $V_{0} = I \times 7 k Ω = 7 V$
