Ratio of EMF developed will be given by,

$\frac{ε_{p}}{ε_{s}} = \frac{N_{p}}{N_{s}} = \frac{100}{10} \Rightarrow ε_{s} = 22 V$

Therefore, current in secondary circuit will be

$I = \frac{22}{22 \times 10^{3}} = 1 mA$

Hence, potential drop across $7 kΩ$ will be $V_{0} = I \times 7 kΩ = 7 V$
