The work done in increasing the potential is given by

$W = d U \propto (V_{2}^{2} - V_{1}^{2})$

$∴ \frac{W_{1}}{W_{2}} = \frac{(V_{2}^{2} - V_{1}^{2})}{{(V}_{3}^{2} - V_{2}^{2})} h e r e V_{1} = 5 v, V_{2} = 10 V a n d V_{3} = 15 V$

$∴ \frac{W}{W_{2}} + (\frac{100 - 25}{225 - 100}) = \frac{75}{125}$
