$V_{2} = \frac{σ_{2} R}{ε_{0}} = \frac{σ_{2} \times 3}{ε_{0}}$

As the spheres are charged to same potential,

$∴ \frac{σ_{1} \times 2}{ε_{0}} = \frac{σ_{2} \times 3}{ε_{0}}$

$∴ \frac{σ_{1}}{σ_{2}} = \frac{3}{2}$
