Let the potential be x V at the junction.

By using V=IR we get,

30-x=10i1x-12=20i2x-2=30i3

By using Kirchhoff's law,

i1=i2+i3

30-x10+12-x20+2-x30=090-3x+18-1.5x+2-x30=0

x=20 V

The current through the 20 Ω resistor is 

i2=30-1220 A

i2=820A=0.4 A
