Now taking, b=λa×a×j^ {note here we have taken cross vector with j^ as it is rotated along y-axis}

b=λ-i^+2j^+k^×-i^+2j^+k^×j^

b=λ-i^+2j^+k^×-i^-k^

b=λi^j^k^-121-10-1

b=λ-2i^-2j^+2k^

Also magnitude of both vector will be equal,

So,b=a6=12 λ

λ=±12

(Now λ=12 rejected   b makes acute angle with y axis )

So, b=-2-i^-j^+k^

Now projection of  3a+2b on c is given by,

3a+2b·cc=32
