On differentiating equation i w.r.t. x we get:

f'x+0xf'tdt+xf'x-xf'x=2e2x-e-2xcos2x-2e2x+e-2xsin2x+2a

f'x+fx-f0=2e2x-e-2xcos2x-2e2x+e-2xsin2x+2a

Replace x by 0 we get:

4=2a  a=12

Now putting the value of a in2a+15·a2

We get, 25·122=23=8
