Since, this plane is unit distance from origin

$\therefore 1=\left|\frac{\lambda }{\sqrt{1+4+4}}\right|$

$\left|\lambda \right|=3\Rightarrow \lambda =\pm 3$

$\therefore$ Equation of plane is

$x-2y+2z=3$
