Consider the following set of quantum numbers.

 nlm1
A33-3
B32-2
C21+1
D22+2

The number of correct sets of quantum numbers is

Answer:
2.00
Solution:

For a given 'n' value l will have 0 to n-1 values and for a given 'l' value m will have -m to +m values

For n=3, l=3, is not possible.Similarly for n=2, l=2 is also not possible, as n and l have same values.

So, set A, D are not possible.

If n=3, l can have 0 to 2 values and 'm' can have -2 to +2 values,

So, set B is possible.

If n=2, 'l' can have 0 and 1 values and 'm' can have -1 to +1 values.

So, set C is also possible.

Hence, set B and C are the correct set of quantum nmbers.
