Aldehyde, alpha-hydroxy ketone and hemiacetals give positive Tollen's test. Enol which can get converted into aldehyde through tautomerism are also give positive Tollen's test. 

$\left(\mathrm{I}\right)$ is aldehyde, $\left(\mathrm{II}\right)$ get converted into ketones through tautomerism, $\left(\mathrm{III}\right)$ get converted into aldehyde through tautomerism and $\left(\mathrm{IV}\right)$ is hemiacetal so, $\left(\mathrm{II}\right)$ will not give positive Tollen's test.
