In Structure (II) of S₂F₂, all F atoms are attached to one S and there is 3pπ–3dπ bonding, giving a SOCl₂-like arrangement around sulfur.
The central S atom becomes sp³ hybridised with one lone pair, giving trigonal pyramidal geometry, so (A) is correct.
Due to lone pair and unequal distribution of F atoms, the molecule is asymmetrical and polar, so (C) is correct.
