Let suppose $\pi$-bond x is formed by the ${\mathrm{p}}_{\mathrm{z}}$ orbitals then ${\mathrm{sp}}^2$ hybrid carbon will use $\mathrm{s}+{\mathrm{p}}_{\mathrm{x}}+{\mathrm{p}}_{\mathrm{y}}$ orbitals in hybridisation as over all molecule is planar so all the atoms will be present in xy plane (molecular plane). So nodal plane of $\pi$-bond will be xy plane in which all the atoms are present.
