In sucrose two monosaccharides are joined together by an oxide linkage formed by loss of water molecule. Such linkage through oxygen atom is called glycosidic linkage. In sucrose linkage in between $C_{1}$ of $α$ -glucose and $C_{2}$ of $β$ -fructose. Since the reducing group of glucose & fructose are involved in glycosidic bond formation, sucrose is non reducing sugar.
