This happens beacuse in case of ${\mathrm{Me}}_2\mathrm{NH}$ there will be optimum (+I) and solvation while in ${\mathrm{MeNH}}_2$ has more significant hydration than ${\mathrm{Me}}_3\mathrm{N}$.
