The correct sequence of flow of electrons in the light reaction is
Options:
Answer:
A
Solution:
The light reaction occurs in the grana of chloroplast in which light energy causes excitation of electrons which then passes through different carriers that result in the generation of ATP. This process is known as photophosphorylation. In non-cyclic photophosphorylation electron excited from PS II is passed to plastoquinone via pheophytin, then through cytochromes to PS I. PS I than passes the electrons to Ferrodoxin and than NADP is finally reduced.
