Ureides have

Options:

Answer:
A
Solution:

The process of transfer of amino group from one amino acid to the keto group of a keto acid is called transamination. All the transamination reactions are carried out with the help of catalase enzyme transaminase. Two important amides are asparagines and glutamine and as they contain more nitrogen than amino acids their transportation occurs through the xylem vessels. In certain plants like soyabean the fixed nitrogen is present as ureides which is a derivative of urea and is transported at the same time. These ureides have high nitrogen to carbon ratio.
