Solution:
Vacuoles are membrane bound storage organelles found in plant cells and animal cells. They are in larger size in plants compared to animal cells. The membrane of vacuole is called as tonoplast.
The cell wall found around the cells of plants contain multiple layers. The outermost thin, flexible and extensible layer is the primary cell wall layer of the plant. The thick layer sandwiched between the plasmalemma and primary cell wall is the secondary cell wall. The middle lamella connects the adjacent cell walls of the cells and is rich in pectin. It also forms the plasmodesmata.
